Estellaの活躍が続きますね、ミラノがなかったとは言え、彼女らしいランウェイも多く大満足です。勝手にファッションウィーク後のことも考えたりしてますが、Anna Suiが本命でしょう！Prada再びもあるか...!など想像が一人で膨らみまくっています。

Prada made a Cinderela story as a opening in its show but now they made it repealed themselves. An flow went into NY, Calvin Klein and Proenza Schouler stopped it their own shows.

There are some reasons i think, increasing runways and vanishing a gap between runway and retail.(Burberry decided to sale immediately after the shows). The fashion world is changing now, so models industry must to be like that too.

Opening for models still must be honor but need to watch an essence more than ever, as like latest Ad Campaign. There is also a chance for all models paradoxically, for instance, Estella and Yasmin. Models market could be facing a rebalance.

Pradaは無名新人によるオープニングというシンデレラストーリーを作りだしましたが、今それをPrada自信が形骸化しようとしているように思えます。この流れは今シーズンのNYでも発生しており、Calvin Kleinと Proenza Schoulerは同様に無名新人のオープニングを辞めています。

たぶんそこにはいろいろな理由があるでしょうが、大きな２つの変化はファッションの世界に今起こっています。ランウェイの増加、そしてコレクション発表後の半年間の間をなくし、コレクション後すぐに販売するという試みが進められています。この伝統的習慣が無くなりつつある今、モデルの世界にも変化が起きるのは自然な考えだと思います。

そうは言ってもオープニングモデルが重要なのは変わらないでしょうが、今まで以上にモデルの本質を見る必要があるかと思われます。Pradaの秋冬のAdを見ても分かることですし、逆に言えばランウェイに登場したモデル全てにチャンスがあるともいえます。EstellaとYasminを見てもそれは分かると思います。
